The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for the development, configuration, integration and implementation of ServiceNow. This role will serve on the IT Services team and will collect and develop requirements related to ServiceNow tools and services. Will work with integrators and 3rd parties to develop solutions and enhance the ServiceNow deployment.
Position Responsibilities:
Coordinates/Leads/Develops integration with other applications.
Maintains programing for ServiceNow Integrations.
Demonstrate proficiency in JavaScript or HTML.
Supports holistic plan for ServiceNow and IT Eco system integration.
Champions and provides solutions to the IT and business teams.
Focus on automating processes with ServiceNow via Web Services (SOAP, REST), email and other relevant technologies.
Analyze current procedures and user requirements to improve system capabilities and effectively automate workflows.
Build reports, views and dashboards in ServiceNow.
Demonstrate interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail in all work efforts
Ability to maintain current ServiceNow/industry certifications, while obtaining additional certifications
Understanding of and ability to customize, configure, and support solutions on the ServiceNow platform as it relates to ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Service Portal, Workflows, Scoped Apps and/or other related functionality.
Identify, create, and execute test cases for ServiceNow and other software platforms including the creation of ServiceNow Automated Test Framework functionality
Participate in and support ServiceNow version upgrades
Position Qualifications:
Requires BS in Computer Science or related field or experience sufficient to perform the duties.
Must have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience as Systems Administrator in a large technology environment.
